The meals were great and the staff provided good service. We enjoyed the scenic views from our room and the charming atmosphere of the location.
Although the rooms were spacious, they were not very comfortable for a romantic escape. The location was far from key attractions and we found it difficult to get around without a car.

From the moment I walked into this hotel, I knew I was in for a luxurious stay. the service was outstanding; every staff member was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my exclusive amenities needs were met. the room was spacious yet cozy, with plush bedding and a stunning view from the window. the Spa & wellness center was a much-needed escape, offering a hot spring bath and full body massage that left me feeling rejuvenated.
the special diet menus were limited in options, making it difficult to find something that fit my dietary needs.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our visit to the light festival, only a short drive away. the staff were incredibly helpful, offering to drive us to and from the festival in the dark and rain. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with lovely bathroom facilities. Breakfast was also delicious and the view from the room was stunning. the hotel had great facilities, including a gym and spa.
The pool area could have been larger to accommodate more guests at peak times.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were friendly, thoughtful, and went out of their way to make sure I had a great stay. The hotel facilities were incredible! I especially appreciated the outside space that extended my room. The location to the light festival that I attended was ideal, it was only a 5-minute drive away from the hotel, which was very convenient. Lastly, the breakfast was excellent, it was delicious and had a good variety of options.

The meals were delicious every day, especially on New Year's Eve! the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even offering to pick up and drop off some guests at a nearby light festival. the view from the room was fantastic, with stunning mountain and natural surroundings making it a lovely and peaceful holiday retreat.
